What size should I get?

Everything is a unisex fit, S to 3XL. Our tees run true to size with a regular fit — if you like room, go one up. Hoodies and sweatshirts already sit relaxed, so your normal size is usually right. Full measurements are on every product page.

How long until it reaches me?

Each piece is printed for you after you order, so there's a bit of a wait. Roughly 2–5 business days to print, then 3–7 business days in transit within Canada. US and UK take a little longer. These are estimates from our print partner, not promises — holidays and weather do what they do.

Do you ship outside Canada?

Yes. Canada, the US, the UK and most of Europe. Duties and taxes on international orders are on you, not us — that's the customs office's rule, not ours.

Is shipping free?

Free across Canada on orders over $75 CAD. Below that, a flat rate is applied at checkout — you'll see the exact amount before you pay. US and international rates are calculated at checkout too.

How's it printed? Will it crack?

Direct-to-garment printing, which soaks into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it like a sticker. Wash cold, inside out, tumble dry low, skip the bleach — do that and it'll outlast the joke.

Can I return it if I don't like it?

Because every piece is made to order, we do exchanges only — unworn, unaltered, within 14 days of delivery. If it arrived damaged, misprinted or just plain wrong, that's on us and we'll replace it free. Full details on our Returns & Exchanges page.

I'm buying this as a gift. Any advice?

Order early — the print-plus-ship window means a Diwali gift shouldn't be ordered on Diwali. When in doubt on size, go one up: nobody has ever complained a hoodie was too comfortable. Mugs are the safe entry if you don't know their size.

Can I get my own text or design on a shirt?

Not yet. Custom orders are coming. If you have a line that's too good to keep in the group chat, send it to us at info@seedheebaat.com — we read everything.
